  Did a Amazon return on a wallet and forgot to take cash out the bill fold. I know thats on me, but i did Call up there a hour later and ask can they look and was told they already consolidated the boxes. When I went in to return the item, didnt look that busy where I was told they have over 300 boxes already consolidated. If I just came in, I would think the box should be right there. Money gone 😔

  I shipped a next-day package with UPS because it contained very important documents that I needed done urgently (next day air)The tracking showed it was out for delivery the very next day, but then the tracking information completely disappeared that afternoon. After some time, it reappeared with a delay status. For over a week, the status has remained "on the way delayed" without any updates or explanations. This is absolutely unacceptable for a service promising next-day delivery, especially when handling critical shipments. The lack of communication and transparency has caused significant frustration and inconvenience. I cannot and would not rely on UPS for urgent deliveries and would strongly caution others if their packages and deadlines are important. -unacceptable

  My only complaint is the employee turnover. I go there the 1st of every month and there's always new people that are still training. It gets a little frustrating when they don't know how to do my transaction, but I'm always patience with them.
