  I sent an email night before requesting a print job for the following day. When I called to ask on its progress I was told they don’t do online requests that I have to come into the store. I put directions on my email regarding exactly what size and details I needed the prints requests to be. They told me once I had already driven to the store that no one there was trained on how to use the printer in order to complete my main print request. The other two requests were simple, a single half page image scaled to border, and a single full size page print out in color. Every employee seemed annoyed that I had even came into the store to pay for a service. They were also annoyed that I was not satisfied with the print request being cut off. The image I submitted is the perfect dimensions for a full standard printer page. I don’t understand how out of three of the employees not a single one could print a single one of my three requests for me. I made it as easy as possible for them with the dimensions of my images and still could not get it done. They told me to come back Monday. Why waste my time and have me drive all the way to the store if not one single employee knows how to use a basic printer? Why not tell me on the phone to come back Monday when a person who knows how to use a printer would be there? A total waste of time, extremely poor customer service. I’ve had these same documents printed at another ups store no issue, and they employee allowed me to request overnight as one document had uncommon dimensions. I’m not sure what the issue is but your employees might need additional training on printing documents. If I could have stepped behind the counter I could have done it myself.

  Even though I was there during a bit of a rush all of the staff was friendly and helpful. They worked efficiently and got everyone taken care of very quickly.

  Would be awesome if anyone there knew what they were doing Anything more complicated than an Amazon return you are out of luck
