What's some reason I let my passport lap so I went to the Post Office after I had tried 2 other organizations to renew my passport. The first 2 failed, and I was still waiting on the last one to finish the transaction, but I decided to go to the Post Office. I went to the Post Office and they proceeded with renewing the passportI now I have my passport . So let no one fool you,The Post Office is the best place to renew your passport. These other places do not have the expertise and carefulness to do it in a timely manner , especially if you're in a hurry to receive it back.

Went by for a passport appointment on the date I thought I made the appointment. In an unexpected plot twist, I had accidentally made my appointment for a month out. Jay was so nice and helpful and went ahead and helped me as a walk-in since I was there. I really appreciate the kindness and understanding. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I honestly don't usually do this, but this time I have to. The service I received today was terrible. The person who assisted me—Reggie—treated me almost as if he were looking down on me for not being American or for not having perfect English. There was zero empathy. I truly feel terrible and discriminated against by that man. You really should have a word with him.

Staff at this location are rude and overall don’t care. Couldn’t even get my full questions out before the employee would interrupt and talk down to me. I don’t ship too many things anymore so I was asking too many questions I guess. If I learned anything from this employee it’s that I’m an idiot and asking questions is inconvenient to them.

Worst experience EVER!!! SUPER RUDE EMPLOYEES!! Took my blind friend here to mail some packages and thank goodness he had someone with him because Ernest who was helping him proceeded to try to charge him for the most expensive shipping without even letting him know there were other options available to him. That was of course right after my friend asked about shipping through Free Matter For the Blind. He has received packages that way that were sent through usps and was wondering how he could send them that way. Ernest said “you request boxes for somewhere and they send them to you and you use those boxes”. Ernest refused after being asked multiple times to tell us where to request those boxes from and instead proceeded to try and charge my friend priority shipping for all 6 of his packages. I looked it up online and you don’t need a special box for Free Matter for the Blind. Then for some reason he wanted the addresses of where the packages were being sent written directly on the boxes even though they were already written on labels that were attached to the boxes!! Literally ripped the labels off the boxes. Then when he entered the info into his computer, it printed another label with the addresses on it that Ernest stuck on top of what I had just written. Was literally there for at least an hour. While we were there a line grew and people were there for passport appointments and no one came out to help them until people in line started yelling and then they came flocking out of the back. Will never go here again. I’ll pay extra for UPS or FEDEX!!
