- SWS. WareAug 25, 20265.0Went in today Tuesday August 25, 2026 @ 1:15 pm to apply for my passport/ photo appointment with my son who was also applying. Mrs Donna was very friendly, professional and thorough. She pointed out details that we needed to correct that probably would’ve prevented the passport from getting approved. Also we were in and out in good timing. Process went very smooth. Will update once I receive correspondence from the Department of State and the passport.

- DFDäsîa FløydJul 25, 20261.0Terrible. I had an emergency appointment for 7/25 10:30 am For a passport. I arrived 15 minutes early to ensure nothing could go wrong. I get to the desk area just for the man to tell me all appointments for today (7/25) were canceled yesterday (7/24) and that phone calls and messages were made to inform those who made appointments. This was a surprise to me so I pulled out my phone to double check for any missed phone calls/messages. I never missed/received a phone call from them and the message AND EMAIL that was sent to me yesterday was literally the opposite of cancellation. The message and email was reminding me of my appointment and confirming it. I had made this appointment WEEKS ago. The man made no effort to give any other information except “sorry for the inconvenience.” No rescheduling was made, no alternative solutions, nothing but repeating “sorry for the inconvenience”. Wasted my time at the fullest and they’re supposed to be professional??

But, when we showed up the lady said one of there agent had an emergency so we have to reschedule and re- assured as they she will call us BUT never did . Very DISHONEST and Deceptive.
