  There is a woman at this location who is there every day who is incredibly rude. She is middle-aged with shoulder-length dark hair. She hates her job because she yells demands at you and if you don’t comply fast enough, she moves on to the next customer and ignores you. If you ask her a question or move too slow, she sighs in disgust. Based on these reviews, it looks like there are many people who have had similar experiences with her. This woman should not be in customer service. Do better, UPS!

  I have nothing but praise for this UPS store (Kennesaw) and it's employees. Everyone is always cheerful. Welcomes me to the store. I've stopped using the US postal services because of many mailing problems and rising costs. I'm particularly grateful for the patience and helpfulness shown to me, a senior. Thank you all! Keep up the great attitude and good work!

  Over the top excellent service from the woman working today (4/30/26 at 2 pm) she got my at&t return sent out smoothly

  Online to show they close at 7 PM I go there at 6:45 PM. They already closed at 6:50 something

  I will never return to this location, I've been there many times and witnessed the owner talk down to her employees like they are beneath her, she has an extremely condescending and passive aggressive attitude, all fake smiles and laughs and little insults. That's probably the reason I've seen so many different employees, I would not work with her if you paid me $100 an hour. I went in today after visiting the other day to send something to a friend back home and mentioned that I had some internet equipment to send back, she said no problem just bring it in, when I showed her the email she said I can't use that code, prints a receipt out without my name or any information I can discern all while talking to another customer and micromanaging the poor young kid working there now. And proceeded to say "Good bye, Thank you". I asked if I was good to go, she said "You have 2 receipts Goodbye!" With an attitude, so now I have no idea if my equipment is going to sent to the right location.
