  Yikes! Been shipping for my small business for 15 years. Normally no issues. Main lady in the front was on a power trip. Normally a smooth scan and drop off. She controlling me on how I held the box. Turn label upside down?? It’s simply a scan

  TEN YEARS I’ve held out on reviewing this place. First Nathan the new guy here GREAT very respectful, but TERRIFIED of the boss! Indian lady… she’s hit or miss. 70% she’ll be rude, 30% of the time she “tolerable”. You come here because you HAVE TO not because you WANT TO or feel VALUED. SKIP THIS STORE IF YOU CAN But if you come Don’t expect to be treated like a customer here, expect to buy a product and be on your way. Know everything you need before you go in. Have your stuff packed and labeled. Don’t ask questions and leave. Otherwise you’ll be disappointed and you’ll be on here writing a review.

  I went in with a simple Amazon return that just needed a small piece of tape to secure the box. Every other UPS Store I’ve used for the past 20 years has happily taped boxes up at no extra charge and without any attitude. Not here. The main older female staff member was extremely rude, condescending, and disrespectful. She insisted I pay $3 for a single strip of tape. I refused, left, and took my business to the UPS Store on George Busbee Parkway instead—where the experience was the complete opposite. Save yourself the frustration. Skip this location and go to the one on George Busbee Parkway.

  I wish I could give this location less than one star. The woman running this UPS Store is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’ve been here multiple times and have personally witnessed her speak terribly to both employees and customers. In the past, my own interactions with her were at least tolerable, but today she completely crossed the line. At one point, she actually said to me, “Why are you still even at this store right now?” I called her out because there is absolutely no reason to speak to a customer that way. Based on what I’ve personally witnessed here, I would never recommend this location. If you’re considering working here, I would seriously think twice. And as a customer, I personally don’t feel comfortable continuing to give my business to someone who treats employees and customers this way. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

  Wow. I was honestly uncomfortable just standing there and listening to the way the owner (I assume she was the owner) was speaking to a mom with her toddler. She was extremely rude, short-tempered, and completely unprofessional for no apparent reason. I felt really bad for the mom and her child. The mom eventually left the store as well. I quietly left myself because I was so uncomfortable with what I witnessed. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expected.
