She is definitely a multitasker but it comes at a cost to customer service. She is snappy and VERY condescending to everyone even her staff, which is usually a younger person. Most days she is in this UPS alone and I bet it is because of the way to treats people. I thought it was a run off but nope I went back and my experience was worse. RUDE is an understatement

On top of all of that, they have a sense of humor which is sorely missing these days in society. They are further away from my house than other UPS stores, but I will be traveling the extra distance from now on. A+++

Am handicap and she would not bring hand truck by door for me to unload my boxes. Thanks to a gentlemen customer who helped. I will never return to this ups store It does not reflect UPS standards.
