  The location staff is friendly but inexperienced in making shipments ready for internal shipment. This cost me $190 and a stuck package that is now stuck in a loop. I am out my $190 shipping fee and now my package is missing. I would not recommend DHL if you have an important package to send.

  This was such a perfect service for someone like me who is not very fluent in the language. I had to send important documents back to my home country, and it was my first time doing it, so I was quite nervous. However, thanks to the staff who explained everything in detail, I was able to complete it quickly and easily. I am truly grateful to the staff for their kindness. I love your smiles!
