  Zero stars if I could…. I did a signature release on my package and made sure I had a gate code an everything for the delivery driver…. Yet they did not deliver cause no one was home…. Well yes that’s why I did a signature release…. So I call, wait on hold for awhile, finally find out how to talk to a human…. They make sure all the info was on there and correct…. It was…. Next day…. Same dam thing…. So I call again, do the hold and wait and finally get on with a human again…. Same deal, all the info was there, they can’t tell me why the driver don’t deliver it…. So they do an “escalation” to the depot…. So you’d think after the weekend they would get their stuff together and finally get the package delivered….. nope…. Same dam thing again! Soooo call again, hold…. Wait, talk to them again…. Yes sir all the info is here we don’t know why they didn’t deliver this package…. They can’t even contact the driver or anything to get the guy to turn around and deliver it… now I wait for 90 min for a supervisor to hopefully call me back and get some resolution to this absolutely unacceptable situation…. The way they are to incompetent to follow simple delivery instructions as a delivery driver is unacceptable….. oh and to top it off I told them to just put in the notes to leave it at the mailbox at the bottom of driveway not even go through the gate…. But they still couldn’t even do that! Crazy cause there’s prob already packages sitting there….. please if you need anything delivered in a professional timely manner do not use DHL…. They will prob let ya down hard and not be able to figure out how to do their job properly after 5 days and three failed attempts due to their driver incompetence…..
