One person working, she was nice and thorough. She did not rush her customer but she definitely needed help at the counter on Saturday, July 18. I was not pleased with the wait time and neither were a few others that were in line

I make it a point to avoid this location unless I have absolutely no other choice (time wise). By far, this is the worst location I've visited. Every time I come here, I'm met with poor customer service and employees who seem like they genuinely hate their jobs. No one smiles, the morale is clearly low, and the negative attitudes are impossible to ignore. I was told “your QR code is for UPS, this ain’t UPS”… I then drove to UPS only to find out that my QR code was in fact a UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICES postage!!! Thank god I went to a Riverdale USPS and successfully sent my packages… Customers shouldn't feel like they're inconveniencing employees just by asking for assistance. If customer service isn't your strength, perhaps a position away from direct customer interaction would be a better fit. I truly hope management addresses the culture at this location because it reflects poorly on the business. I would never go back to this location.

This is the worst location and it has one of the rudest workers I’ve ever encountered there. She told me I couldn’t use my Poshmark QR code which was insane because I only ship Poshmark thru USPS,after letting her know this she became visibly upset and told me I had the wrong type of tape on the box (which was packing tape) she then tells me USPS only accepts boxes taped with the tape they sell which again I knew was a lie. I let her know that was not true and she got even more upset and even more rude. I ended up leaving the store because she refused my package stating I needed to buy USPS tape. I did not want to argue so I began to leave. I asked for her name to let the manager know how unnecessarily rude she was being but just like my package she refused to give me her name but someone near her called it out. Crystal Jackson at the Jonesboro location is absolutely the worst and should not be working with the public. I don’t make reviews and I don’t reach out to supervisors but her actions have warranted both and I’ll be reaching out to the post master general immediately.
