- DMDarcel MobleyJun 5, 20261.0I requested an overnight package to be delivered. I overnighted it for a reason, EMERGENCY!! They said, if package was not delivered on time, to come get a refund. They knew it wasn't going to be on time! What's a refund suppose to do, when I NEEDED the package to get there. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!!!! It's been out for delivered for the longest. Sent out on June 3rd, it's the 5th. My daughter has been home, cause it requires a signature....I knew I should have used UPS. RIDICULOUS!!!!

An older woman with grey and black cornrow braids and glasses tossed me an envelope and told me to move to the side while i fold my mail. no inquiry of if i need priority or tracking. i asked for a pen and she said there weren’t any… i conveniently found one in the back at a desk. the lady behind me in line was a better help than staff. Her demeanor was cold and dismissive.
