  The Manager/Owner was extremely sick and coughing everywhere. His voice was completely gone and Was helping people without mask or anything. If you’re that sick, why do you come to work and spread your germs around?? They charge two dollars for witnessing notary. Is that notary a form of witnessing a signature? Why do you charge additional two dollars? It’s ridiculous.

  This is my go to place for couriering something, doing Amazon returns, printing needs and even notarizing. The location is very convenient, facility is clean and staff is friendly. The will followup with you and ensure your work is done in case anything is pending..Make a visit if you haven't yet!

  I drove quite a distance to get there only to find 2 employees with the lights out leaving to go. I didn't get the service I needed.

  RACIST! Went into this location to pick up a package that I had delivered there since I’m gone for work for extended hours at a time. I requested that it would be shipped there so it’s not just sitting on my porch all day and night. I go in Hand my ID to the owner and he states it doesn’t look like me. Then tells me I have to give him my home address to see if it matches, mind you I requested that the package is shipped there for pick up so it is there address on my package and label. My name on my ID matched the box. I never experienced this type of blatant racism. The owner needs to go to sensitivity training as well as take some customer service classes. I don’t usually write reviews but his behavior needs to change and people should be aware of these situations. Please do better!

  The girl there is very rude and did mistake of voiding the transaction and my package was facing return issues. Kindly opt for another UPS store if possible.
