  The customer service is pathetic. I am looking to send documents to India to the earliest. His first statement is we are not cheap service and we are expensive. I ignored, and he keep stressing that the cheapest u can get is 155 as I said we wr costly. First of all, I didn't ask for cheap services I don't mind paying any but looking for earliest. I have been patient enough with his cheap behavior but I had to really say him he is cheap staff at fedex. This stupid staff should stop judging people he don't don't even know how much we contribute. I hate doing this but one should really know what their job is.

  Literally the worst FedEx. They hate to see you walking in and look for reasons why they “can’t” help you when in reality just don’t want to. Will never do anything that requires effort and immediately want to argue instead of listen. If you can get your stuff shipped literally anywhere else please do cause it’s better to go anywhere but here.

  PLEASE GO TO UPS, NEVER HERE!!! The Indian dude is UNBELIEVABLY RUDE, and I don’t usually talk about people like this. He talks down at customers and talks to them in single words instead of sentences. I don’t understand what is his problem 🙄🤦

  Have dealt with the same associate twice. Both times with NO ONE in the store he has watched me struggle with larger packages and had me scan everything through the self serve kiosk vs. actually assisting me. Gratefully the first time the manager stepped in to help. I was not so fortunate the second time. I will be going out of my way to visit a different store in the future. The extra drive to get service will be worth it.
