  Have to give 1 star coz there is no option to give zero or negative. Had the misfortune of going here the third time and hated it just as much. To the guy who attended us “ Mosharaf “ , how do you do something for 20 years and still suck at it. Rude , unprofessional and pathetic are just few words that dont even begin to describe him. Before anything else he should learn how to talk. If you have your job this much why bother standing at the counter. To the fedex team , this will make a great case study for you on how to make sure no one shows up at your store. I would rather drive 10 more miles than go here and see his face. Spoils the day every time we go there.

  I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Doug at FedEx Office Print & Ship Center for his outstanding service and genuine kindness. Doug is exceptionally professional, respectful, patient, and caring. He took the time to assist me with everything I needed, making sure every detail was handled perfectly and with great attention. What truly stood out to me was not only his professionalism but also his warm attitude, thoughtfulness, and willingness to go above and beyond to help. It is rare and refreshing to meet someone who combines such excellent service with such a genuine and caring personality. Doug is a wonderful representative of FedEx, and employees like him make a real difference in the customer experience. Thank you, Doug, for your kindness, dedication, and outstanding service.   Dang I wish I read the reviews before coming here. I passed much better locations. Customer service sucks. I have a weak side due to overcoming paralysis. I made it to the counter with my box prelabeled only for the guy to scan and tell we to take the box to a self service kiosk scan, get my receipt and then bring him back the box. Nobody else was in the store the associate just seemed to not want to have to do any work. Luckilysomeone else came from the back to carry the box to the counter… I would recommend other locations
