  Terrible, I just needed two pages printed out and laminated. The person working told me to come back a 4pm when the manager was there???

  Terrible customer service and not helpful at all. Could have been friendly and offered options instead of pointing to a sign with a very sour expression. Other UPS stores are so much more helpful offering options when you bring a USPS package or if your package is not taped. I have used UPS for years and this store is consistently unhelpful since it opened.

  Great Customer Service Provided by the Owner Nick. He welcome me with great smile as soon as I open the front door. And treated me how can I help you today. Had challenge printing the label he walk me through steps by steps through the process and completed my amazon return smoothly. Owner of this store is great with knowledge. Will come back to this store for future shipment.

  I won't be giving any stars - This place is awful; my brother-in-law used this place twice and both packages were beaten up upon delivery. He also had a package delivered to that specific store and he was asking to see where it was via tracking number and he was met with "I'm too busy right now." And he was the only one in the store. We just moved here from Cumming and the fact that he was met with attitude the times he went? We will be finding another store. Avoid this one at all costs if you don't want to have your day ruined by rude people who don't want to do their job.

  Have been to this location several times. One employee in particular, her name is Michelle, always seems like she doesn't want to be there. Has been rude to me on three subsequent occasions, and has been rude to other customers while I have waited in line. This is uncalled for. I wish I could leave a review with zero stars, because that is what her customer service is worth.
