They are stored for pick up or placed in a parcel locker for access outside of their hours if you have a PO Box here. Outgoing mail process is quick, easy, and reliable with the staff they have staying on top of it.

I had asked if I could go ahead and pick up my package that FedEx had dropped off and very snootily informed me that "We do not touch those packages until the next morning". I asked if I could go ahead and pick it up since I was there, with my ID and she said "Sir, I SAID we do not touch those until the morning, you cannot have it". Well, excuse me you rude snob of a woman. She seemed to be oh so busy on her phone and didn't not like the fact she had to get up and answer someones question or do any real work.
