  I wish I could give no stars. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had. 12 people came in and waited and left. Never got helped. Rang bell for assistance but they took the batteries out so it won’t ring. Asked for help and finally someone came to the desk after waiting for 15 minutes. She said they are short staffed and can’t help because corporate told them not to. Was told to use the self service machine to scan my packages. I tried for 5 minutes and couldn’t get it to work so I went back to the desk and waited for another 10 minutes and finally someone came to the desk and said she can’t scan my packages to give me a receipt because they are short staffed. Went back and fourth with me and I told her I needed to leave for work and that the machine wasn’t working. She finally scanned them. Took her less than 2 minutes to scan 3 packages and print a receipt and then as she is doing that a lady comes out from the back and asked if I was bothering the worker. They proceeded to tell me they can’t help me and as I walk out she yells at me not to come back if I can’t figure out the self scan. Mind you they were in the back talking about their weekend plans and personal stuff very loudly the whole time everyone was waiting.

  The mail carrier was very rude. I was standing on the porch waiting for the package to be delivered. To my address as I ordered for the package to be sent but He proceeded to deliver it to the wrong address, even after me calling out to him and telling him that that was the wrong address, he proceeded to put it on the ground, acting as if he didn’t hear me calling out, sir sir that’s the wrong address he acted as if he heard nothing I said and turned around and walked off. That’s how packages get misplaced. That’s how packages get delivered to the wrong address is careless.

  i came in at 4:00 on the dot, when their online hours said they close at 4:30. the guy at the window would not even let me in the door and shook his head. really?? i came 30 minutes prior to closing according to their business hours posted online. either update your hours or have some common decency to help me out for a second. all i needed to do was return a package. dissapointing.

  Told me that I needed to change the "shipped from" zip code in order to drop off packages at this location. Not only is that inconvenient for me, it is an absurd request. I will no longer drop off packages at this location and did so because it was close to work. Each employee has made the process more difficult each time. Going to start using UPS, they are always respectful and appreciative of my business.
