If you call you have to wait so long and they make you talk to a fake automated thing that tries to hang up on you if I could rate usps 0 stars I would they have never been this bad pretty much anything delivered by them is terrible my packages have been missing many times but ONLY when delivered by usps

They had started a new way to use up some stamps and charged for the stamps to go on the boxes as part of the shipping cost. She apologized and said that more instruction/training would be given to postal workers to explain this to the customers before they finish the packages and pricing. Thank you Amy! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Charged me for stamps that I did not ask for and did not receive!!! CHECK YOU RECIEPTS before you leave the store as you dont get refunds for stamps!
