  The ONLY ups in the world that wont hold postal packages for pick up. What a waste of time stopping here.

  Needed to mail a birthday present to Canada. Was warned shipping would be expensive. That's fine. Paid $75.65 for a package less than 2lbs. Takes a week. My friend tells me they won't release it to her until she pays ANOTHER $60. I was not told about this. This is supposed to be a GIFT. She could've bought what was inside for that. If someone had told me she'd have to pay too I wouldn't have sent it and sent her a digital gift card instead. Waited in a long line in a hot store and paid an insane amount for shipping only for it to be nearly doubled and the recipient has to pay the balance. Cannot recommend this place. Post Office was cool with no lines.

  The people working at the store were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. There were a couple of customers ahead of me, but the staff worked efficiently, so the wait time was very short. The entire process was smooth and easy, from returning my packages to getting something printed. I really appreciated how quickly and seamlessly everything was handled. Great customer service and a very pleasant experience overall!

  I left something inadvertently in a hotel this past weekend. The hotel staff didn’t really how to help me retrieve my item. I called this store and spoke with Jane. She was able to help me and made it so easy. She helped me get my item to her store, boxed it up and sent to me! So nice and excellent customer service. This was turning into such an ordeal! So very appreciative. Thank you so much.
