  I will not be returning to this store and we will use the UPS Store off of Dallas Hwy next to Publix. We have been coming here for 10+ years to get things notarized, and today when we went to have our wills done, we were told it was $4 per page for each initial. Multiply this by 13 pages and for 2 wills. Plus the Notary charge for each will. WTH????? NO THANK YOU! You all need to charge a flat rate vs. a per signature fee. Folks, go to the UPS Store off of Dallas Highway. 2 Living Will & Testaments with notary and witnesses cost me less than $30 for both of them!!

  Horrible customer service…first time shipping from here in a very long time so didn’t know the process…the Asian lady that was helping another customer offered no help with her situation…so I did…look at the video footage at 12:15 pm 6/6/26..just wow!!!

  I walked in for a notary right before the Fourth of July, only to be pushed off aside and told to come back at a later time and when I came back at the specific time they told me to, this Pacific Islander Vietnamese lady behind the counter kept repeatedly calling me a “he” even though I am a woman. Just for the clothes that I was wearing, and my short hair. I continued to correct her but she kept repeatedly calling me a he. The sexual discrimination within this place is imminent and I would not recommend this location to anyone. For a company that’s all about customer service, they show poor lack of concern or acknowledgment to their customers. It’s revolting. I recommend the powder springs UPS instead.

  Very disappointing experience at the UPS location in Hiram, GA this morning. I walked to the desk when prompted and said “good morning,” but received no greeting in return. After a moment, I said, “You’re not gonna speak?” and the employee responded with, “It’s okay,” before continuing the transaction. The customer service throughout the interaction was poor. There was no professionalism, no friendly communication, and no indication that the transaction was complete. The employee simply handed me the receipt without saying thank you, have a nice day, or even letting me know we were finished. I actually had to ask, “Are we done?” In addition, the employee’s overall appearance was extremely unprofessional. His clothing was sloppy, his grooming appeared unkempt, and he was not wearing a visible name badge, so I was unable to identify him by name. He was an African American male wearing a black arm sleeve/brace on his left arm. When working in a public-facing position, professionalism, presentation, and basic courtesy matter. This experience did not reflect well on UPS at all.
