- JMJessica Mccoy5 days ago1.0Who is responsible for accountability at this place? Several days a week they have a sign posted that the “system is down” or “no internet”. I drive across town to a different post office only to be told that she just takes breaks and puts the sign up. Don’t try to go on Friday or Saturday, they’re gonna have their stupid little sign up.

I was waiting on important medical records that I paid to have mailed to my house. I scheduled redeliver with them and they still not attempt to redeliver. Instead, the mailed it back to the sender. It’s very frustrating to pay for a service that is not being provided. I’ve lived all over the country and this is by far the most slack usps location. I’m not sure why this location has so many delivery and customer service issues other than pure incompetence.
