  Everytime I arrive at this location even if I am the only person in the store unfortunately I have to wait up to 30 minutes with three employees present.

  STORE NEEDS MORE HELP THE LINES ARE SO LONG . SELF SHIP PACKAGES FALLING OUT THE DROP BOX AND ALL OVER THE FLOOR . TRASH ALL OVER THE FLOOR. This place needs to be cleaned up with a professional look

  Always good customer service. Sometimes there is a line but the employees that work there do assist very quickly. So the line usually goes down within 5 to 10 minutes. I've never just had to wait in line over that and they do their best to assist with what they can. They also have a self-service kiosk where you can drop packages off personally myself. I just like to get the receipt so that the company can know that it was dropped off. They usually do print out a receipt at the self-service kiosk

  Kiana is very rude, condescending, and unapproachable. She walked off mid conversation from the customer and proceeded to yell across the store. I called over the phone to inquire about stickers she rudely denied the service and mentioned she has no manager that would be able to fulfill my request. She has AirPods in so I’m assuming they’re distracting her, she continues to make remarks while assisting me to someone on the phone . The nice guy finally assisted me & all went well after disengaging with her.
