- JRJami RJul 29, 20251.0Our mail carrier (from this location) hit and damaged our mailbox the other day with their delivery vehicle. No acknowledgement from the mail carrier - just a witnessed hit and run. The lid will no longer close, and the finger lip to pull the lid open is damaged. It has rained twice now, and both times our mail has been completely saturated. Today’s delivery included envelopes, and an Amazon delivery shoved and crunched into a space it couldn’t fit. Way to go USPS!

I have lost a total of 4 packages since I moved into my neighborhood 1 year ago (2 were recovered after filing a complaint/lost package on usps website). Literally had zero of this problem prior to moving. BTW, our neighborhood as a whole has been having the same issues. I also, received someone else's prescription medication recently in which the carrier hand wrote my address on the package over a completely different address. The lack of care on the worker/delivery person is just overwhelming. and quite frustrating.
