- MHMichael HammondMay 11, 20261.0Sold 2 items on eBay. The USPS clerk (older Caucasian woman with glasses) told me that the packages did not match the weight that I "entered" in the description of the item when I made the listing. I informed her that I did not enter any sort of weight or any kind of dimensions at all. She responded "You have to enter a weight; I use eBay myself and you have to." I'm not sure what her process is when she creates listings for sale on eBay but every single time I've ever done it in my life eBay automatically fills in the weight and any other dimensions. I've sold over 20 items, my process has always been the same and I've never been turned away. Until today (5/11/2026). This employee has been problematic in the past so I wasn't super surprised that she decided to find a problem with something. I had walked there with the packages as well and had to walk back with them because the shipping label I purchased from eBay didn't perfectly match the weight of my packages. A thoroughly ridiculous experience. I can easily see why this USPS office is so lowly rated.

Three packages have been lost, one containing important medical equipment. No one ever answers the phone, and you can’t leave a message. It’s no wonder the postal service is going bankrupt……

She literally saved my day my package was due on a tight deadline, and she went out of her way to make sure it landed on time, in perfect shape. Super friendly, always smiling, and honestly just a really nice human. If you’re lucky enough to have Sharon on your route, tell her thanks she deserves it. Dropping this review at my local post office so everyone knows how awesome she is.
