- KCK CAug 3, 20262.0I have had experience with this store in particular in the past. The employees barely open their mouth and have absolutely zero customer service skills or personality. Today I had to go in and ensure something was mailed on time. I looked up the time the store closed to make sure I made it in time. The website says they close at 7:00 p.m. and I got there at 6:43 p.m. only to find the place was closed! No lights on and the gate on the inside pulled down. Either there information on the website is incorrect or their employees closed early and decided to go home. Needless to say that is not helping me get my package out as needed. I will not be back to this location ever! I don't care if I have to drive out of my way I will not come back here. This is how businesses are boarded up and ruined in certain parts of town, the mentality of employees and their lack of care and ability to follow rules.
