A woman came in and attended to just walk to the counter and the clerk jokingly as "I didn't know that we were skipping lines" He wasn't rude, the woman laughed went to the back and I continued to chuckle on my way out the door.

They said there is no way to k it when we will be seen and that there is no guarantee of appointment time. It seems that notification could be sent to let you know that they are running a minimum of an hour behind.
