  Have always had good customer service here! Stars pulled for pricing. I just bought my girlfriend in Texas an entire new portable AC unit for less than half ($218 for the new one, ~$550 to ship mine) of UPS's quote to box mine up and send it to her. When they quoted my package they didn't tell me that the dimensions had triggered their "large package" fee - over $500 dollars to ship a 2' by 3' object that weighs less than 75 pounds strikes me as completely absurd - and the fact that I was able to buy a new one for less supports that.

  I’ve been a customer for at least 6 months but for some reason my last two orders were questioned because my address on my id isn’t the same as the address on the package THIS IS THE SAME ID IVE BEEN USING SINCE DOING MY PICKUPS 6mths ago they still gave me the package without looking at the tracking number so my question is WHY DOES IT MATTER IF MY ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT OR IS THE PROBLEM NEVER ABOUT THE ADDRESS FROM THE START bc if that was so why give me the package without seeing the tracking number seems a little stereotypical to question the BLACK CUSTOMER ABOUT AN ADDRESS and not checking the tracking number from the start if that’s policy!!! Don’t go to this store unless you’re in the business of getting profiled by unprofessional people

  This was, without a doubt, the best customer service I’ve ever received at any UPS Store! I ship packages frequently, and Donna at the Gainesville location consistently makes every visit a great experience. While I was waiting, I watched her assist several customers ahead of me. She was the only employee working at the time, yet she handled everything with incredible efficiency, professionalism, and a genuinely friendly attitude. She never seemed flustered and made every customer feel like they had her full attention. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in providing outstanding customer service. Donna is a true asset to this UPS Store, and I sincerely wish more businesses had employees like her. Thank you, Donna, for making what could have been an ordinary errand such a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be back!

  Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience at this location. I scheduled a notarization appointment in advance and arrived at the designated time. Upon arrival, the associate informed me that she would not be able to assist us and stated that there was no appointment showing in their system. I explained that I had received a confirmation and offered to provide the appointment details. However, I was told that it would not make a difference because the store was short-staffed. While I understand that staffing challenges can occur, I was disappointed that the appointment could not be honored. Additionally, we specifically chose this location because the online information indicated that witness services were available. When I asked about obtaining a witness, I was told that the individuals who could serve as witnesses were in a meeting and could not be disturbed. This was particularly frustrating given that we had scheduled an appointment in advance and relied on the services advertised online. When I asked whether there were any alternative solutions, I was simply told to return when the store was fully staffed. No effort was made to suggest another time, another location, or any other way to assist us. My primary concern was not that the notarization could not be completed that day, but rather the dismissive and unhelpful manner in which the situation was handled. Staffing issues happen, but customers who take the time to schedule appointments should reasonably expect either the appointment to be honored or a genuine effort to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

  The absolute greatest UPS store on planet Earth… Incredible employee, who are extremely intelligent, helpful, efficient, and brag worthy. hands down the best place for Amazon returns. Extended review and brand new thorough before seeing photographs to come soon.
