  I usually enjoy stopping in at this store but not today. Upon walking in the store smelt horrible, like bad food. The younger man working behind the counter who I haven’t seen before at this store was beyond rube and abrupt. I asked him a question about both items being on the ticket and he started talking under his breath in a different language so I asked him again and he ignored me then I asked again and he said yes sir? I’m not a sir, definitely a girl, then he handed me the ticket back. What on earth. Never going here again, such an uncomfortable experience!

  Just went to this UPS store to drop off a return. It’s local and I use it each time I have a return. The times I have been in this store, two gentleman are working. Same two seem to always be there. I’ve only had contact with one of them each time. He is helpful, I usually need labels, so he takes my phone sends it to an email, prints them off. He advises I will have a fee for it, which is no more than two dollars and some change. Today a young female was in the store, Primsy, I walked in, spoke to her and I told her I need to return the package I had. She said you will need a box. My item was in a box with no labels just as the directions stated on Amazon. It was the original box the item came in. I explained above to her and I also explained I had returned a pair of shoes prior today that didn’t require any extra shipping box or bag. She came back with attitude, advised she didn’t know who told me this however they told me wrong. First no one told me anything. I brought a previous return and the gentleman printed the labels and took my original box and shipped it. I advised her and showed her the instructions from Amazon on the return. She then slapped a blue strip of paper with an email address on it on top of the box. She said email the label to this email. I eventually figured it out with her assistance and emailed the label. She then retrieved the label and pointed at some bags on the wall. She then said see if one of those fit it. They did not. She retrieved a bag from somewhere behind the counter and slapped it on top of what looked like a scale. She said nothing more to me. She was unprofessional and full of attitude. I don’t have to choose this store, it’s a choice. What keeps customers choosing to return is good customer service!! I will make sure I come during the week. I put the shoe box in the bag. She charged me for the label and the bag. Mind you she didn’t tell me the price of the bag. She just charged me. I paid and left. I haven’t had this experience before at this store. The reason I’m writing a review is to inform those who independently own this store to be mindful of who is representing your company when you are not there. This could have been handled in a better way. I only know the reputation of the store from the people I normally come in contact with, which has been nice and professional, and helpful. Maybe a little more training on customer service with this individual. She would benefit from it. Also she would represent the owners company more professionally. Helping him keep customers rather than loose them.

  Rude staff, they seem to be efficient but I would rather drive further for respectful service.

  Staff are kids that are just there to collect their lousy paycheck, either trying to close the store early by rushing you out (even though you were there patiently waiting your turn for service), telling you that you'll have to "come back another day", and/or admit they have no idea how their copiers and other machines work (but yet have no problem telling you they are "pre-med students", while evidently not having even minimal thought processes to figure out the simplest of tasks @ their own store). They definitely don't go by the old credo "the customer is always right", instead, they'll vehemently argue, attempting their best to try to demean you in front of other customers, their arms crossed and/or hands on hips, telling you to not "disrespect them" all the while disrespecting you!! If I could give this "business" a dead planet instead of 1 star, it'd be much more appropriate!! Stay away @ all costs, as they charge 3-5x the price of your local library for a single document/page copy!! They treat their customers like garbage, so from now on I'll get my copies @ a public library from now whenever I need a few quick copies of something!! Avoid this place @ ALL COSTS!!!
