- DTDarlene Thompson1 day ago1.0I went to have documents notarized at 12:45 and was advised the notary is available after 1. Please post a sign and post it on your website. I traveled 15 minutes and couldn’t stand around for 15 minutes.
- MMMsDadeCountyApr 7, 20262.0Granted the store is clean and the people are friendly, but perform services with informing you of changes until after it completed. Most businesses inform the customer of price changes BEFORE the job. I needed a fax sent and I had my USB. The first rep didn't know how to print the document that I needed to be fax so the supervisor came. I'm not bothered by her not knowing because she is new. So as the supervisor pulls up to print it he informs her to charge me 2 separate fees. A fee to send it to their email (WHICH IS MORE THAN THE PRINT AND THE FAX).so I asked if I would have sent it as an email would I have still incurred the fee and I was blown away when he said yes. I'll never use UPS again for faxing and printing services. Save yourself the headache and just go to OfficeMax
