The lady she was helping in front of me, she rolled her eyes at and was taking a personal call on her Bluetooth device during her interaction with this women. When I got to her, she was short and told me “give me a yes or no on the key pad” and when I said “how about a ‘would you please’” she wanted to argue with me about how she spoke to me. When I asked if she was new (because I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and have never seen her) she ignored me. I think I’m going to put an ICE complaint in as well. And now I’m worried she will “lose” my package...
