- BBBrannon2 days ago1.0Racist, hateful franchise owner is PETTY. Showed up to get my package today, which was left at this store because UPS screwed up and didn’t deliver it yesterday. I was told by a manager at customer service there would be no fee for me to pick it up at their store, but when the store’s employee called to tell me it had been delivered there, there was a sudden $25 fee. When I tried to pick it up and pay with card, the franchise owner refused to take a card as payment and told me it was cash only to prevent me from disputing the charge with my card company. He told me if I didn’t pay him in cash today, he would mark the package as return to sender and send it out tomorrow. He forced me to leave the store, go to an ATM to get cash, and come back just to be able to pick up my package. Stay away, unless you’re ok with this unethical franchise owner making up his own rules as he goes along. Corporate has been notified, a police report has been filed, and he is being investigated.
