YOU ARE UNDERSTAFFED. Either hire more employees or close this location.

Blonde kinky haired black lady at the counter is so rude she wont even look things up! Twice I've had a package say its there for pickup and she sent me elsewhere. Other location sent me back to her but she refuses to help. I had to ask the driver for help. Package was located a week later. She wont let you talk to a supervisor, she just gets loud and tells you she wont help you. Called everyone else who tried to help me a liar.

Probably should be ZERO stars. At 1300 today, there was no one at the counter for over an hour. Police was contacted. Officers went into the back to find that NO EMPLOYEES were present in or around the building. Customers that tried to return for service at 1400 said that there appeared to be no employees earlier at 1100 as well. Police officers had to close down and secure the post office because tampering with mail and post operations is a FEDERAL CRIME. This was definitely one of the most surreal mail experiences. If this situation ever happened anywhere else besides a military installation, it would've made the news because packages, mail, and money orders could've gone all kinds of missing. Based off other reviews, it seems this happens OFTEN. WILD.

This place is miserable. Almost always a 30 minute wait. Only 1 person working the front and always 3+ people sending off the weirdest packages that take 10 minutes each to process. Just go off post.
