- NANay AlljsaMar 13, 20261.0These people won’t even pick up the phone at this location. I’ve contacted the 800 number only to be told I will receive a call back and NO ONE has done so. This location has received multiple emails about my case and again, NO ONE has called me back. How do you “misplace” my mother’s ashes and yet, common decency won’t even enter your hearts? Lack of empathy and compassion. Consider the fact that we aren’t all waiting for a package from department stores or online stores. Some of us are truly experiencing heart breaking things that require humanity from our county’s postal service. I cannot begin to put into words what this has done and the feelings behind it all. We are devastated. And NO ONE at the Forsyth location even acknowledges us well enough to return a call. Unless you’re a local and are known by the staff, don’t bother coming to this place. Post office workers come into our communities dropping off mail dressed as civilians with hot pants and cut off tops. No dress code? Extremely unprofessional and beyond embarrassing to witness. Why have so many people complained about this location on the reviews and yet, nothing has been done to help make this better? Why should a call to cooperate be the determining factor in your decision to do your job as required by law? Very disappointed and beyond discouraging to think of what else could occur with ill-equipped postmaster and their staff.
- CHCorrine HornerApr 2, 20241.0After reading the other reviews - apparently nothing changes - I’ve been waiting on STAMPS ordered from USPS - for 4 days now - they received them - won’t deliver them - marked my residence as a closed business twice now - won’t answer the phone - it’s ridiculous! They mark the package as undeliverable at 10 pm at night.. guess when your the only one in the game - customer service and standards don’t exist.
