  Dry, nasty attitudes and I feel overcharged for printing and scanning. The person I dealt with had an awful attitude very dry, and even responded with “wait, what?” when I made a request. Overall, just bad customer service. I won’t be back. They also can’t seem to print things correctly half the time anyway. My color pages also very light like they almost out of ink. Awful experience The UPS in Lawrenceville on Collin’s Hill is better.

  Nigel printed some papers out and did a notary for me last Friday. He was very professional and kind, highly recommend this store and this young man to take care of your needs!

  Such a great experience! I needed to have something printed and drop off a package and it was seamless! The package was actually supposed to be USPS, but they gladly set it aside for USPS to pick up. Incredible customer service with a smile!

  The Clerk was So very helpful and very patient with me She showed me how to email a copy that was on my phone so I could get a copy ( I am not good at that stuff at all ) And I had to Fax a document and She did that also So I was very appreciative of her help
