  This is a great store. Siema is a pleasure to work with. She is very professional, can seamlessly multitask with many customer and make you feel you are her only concern. She and Bryan make an outstanding team. Bryan knows the business and his customers. I’ve used this store for all my mail and packages for over 10 years. I will continue to do so.

  This UPS store is the best run store within 25 miles. The staff seems to be trained, willing to help, offers other options, and overall very friendly. My interaction was with a manager Bryan. He seemed to know the systems in and out and could multitask. Always a great experience at this location, we would not go anywhere else since utilizing this location. FYI- Clone this manager in multiple locations and all stores would be 5 star reviews! Happy customers!

  This store usually has decent service, but today one of your team members was rude and needs to be reprimanded. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and if you’re standing behind a counter with no one in front of you, a customer will naturally assume you’re ready to assist. I guess that’s not what happens at this location. I walked in today and your employee Selma was just standing at the counter doing absolutely nothing, which promoted me to approach the counter. Upon reaching the counter and placing my items on the scale, Selma stares at me wondering what I’m doing. I asked her if she was going to help me and with a smug look on her face she replied “I’m doing something” He rude, ignorant response made all the customers in the store lookup and possibly wonder why she would respond in that manner. I replied to her “if you’re busy you could have said something before I walked straight up to you” her nasty response was and I quote “ I DIDNT CALL YOU UP HERE” I’ve never felt more disrespected in front of people in my life. It’s one thing to not want to assist the customers you’re being paid to assist, it’s another to rudely disrespect them in front of your peers and customers. I chose to go here because it’s close to home, but this store has gotten out of control. The level of incompetence in this building has increased dramatically and it’s sad because this used to be a better location. Everyone used to smile: people were friendly, and they actually wanted to help you. The last year or so, this place has become nothing but a transactional space. Hand my your return, here’s your tag; goodbye! zero customer service, zero conversation with the locals, nothing! I know most of these locations are franchised, so making a complaint like this on google may not go anywhere if Selma is close to her manager and he decides to not do anything! If this was my location and I received a complaint from anyone of my employees about poor disrespectful service like this, it would be grounds for immediate termination! Businesses fail because the people who are running them are killing the very values they are supposed to stand on! My complaint will go to Corporate UPS as well. Selma needs to be removed from this location. Her arrogance is repulsive and needs to be addressed.

  I returned the Amazon package, but the top of the box was not taped. They Charge $3.00 for a short strip of tape. I’ve never had them do this before, but their reasoning was returns are too out of hand.
