disappointing experience at The UPS Store in Flowery Branch. The employee refused to accept the corporate UPS envelope I brought, even though it was for a UPS shipment. The customer service was rude and dismissive, and the employee did not want to listen or explain the reason clearly. I expected professional and helpful service from a UPS Store, but unfortunately, that was not what I received at this location. Management should address how customers are treated and provide better training to the staff. This location does not even deserve a single star.
