I appreciated the attempt to help but she had the most horrible attitude and tone. Didn’t need the help, I have used this kiosk before. But if you are WANTING to help someone, don’t bring the attitude
- TPTerri Price4 days ago1.0I thought that this location was going to hold my mail since I was going to be gone out of town for 3 weeks, I put in the request and did they hold it NO they didn't, never again will I put in a hold request, I will just let my mail pile up in my mailbox or ask my neighbor to retrieve it for me USPS You have got to do better, very disappointed 😞

Clerk wrote out the address for the probate office and gave me instructions to get it taken care of timely without having to rebook an appointment. Helped me cover ALL my bases to avoid further obstacles before sending on my way. Really great visit. Kudos to the staff at this USPS office!
