Booking my passport appointment online was smooth and easy, with helpful reminder notifications leading up to the date. When I arrived about 15 minutes early, there were no lines at all. I was greeted right away and immediately assisted with my document verification. The clerk was extremely professional, kind, and made me feel completely secure about how my personal documents were being handled. She took my photo, and the entire process was wrapped up in under 5 minutes. Excellent service—highly recommend this location for passport processing!
