  One of the most unfriendly places to do business. It feels like they’ve taken Amazon traffic for granted. Almost every visit turns into a frustrating and time-consuming experience. Customer service is consistently lacking, and the overall process feels far more difficult than it should be. It’s time to bring these concerns directly to the retailer’s attention.

  I came to this store today (8/6/26) with a return from my workplace. I’m 5’2 and 110lbs. The box I had was wider than my arms could reach to carry, but not too heavy for me and an older lady that I work with to carry out to my car. I have been to MANY UPS stores before that have nicely and willingly helped me carry boxes that were too big or too heavy for me to carry on my own. Not this place. I politely asked the ladies at the front desk if someone could help me walk the box to the front door and even offered to pull my car up to the door so it wasn’t so far of a distance. She sighed at me and said “I can get someone else to help you.” No one came to help so I got the box myself. I dropped it at the sidewalk by the door and reparked my car. Still no one to help. The ladies at the front desk stood there and watched me struggle to get the box to the front door and still… no help. I left the box directly outside the door because I couldn’t hold the door open for myself and also get it in. Yep! No one even offered to hold the door! I walk back up to the counter and the lady got a hand truck and told one of the guys in the back to go grab the box. She then looks at me and says “are you shipping it out” I said “yes it’s a return” she said “where’s your label” I said “it’s on the box” she scoffed at me and rolled her eyes and then I just stood there. Waiting. Waiting. And waiting some more. The guy eventually comes out from behind the counter and just stands there looking at me. I decided to walk in front of him and go hold the door. When he touched my box he started mumbling to himself about how he shouldn’t have to be doing this. I still held the door for him and thanked him with no response. The lady then printed me my receipt and said nothing. The guy then says “I don’t even know who this is going to” to the lady but loud enough for me to hear. I said “this is for my workplace and for my boss, I’m just here to deliver it. If I need to write something I can.” He then raised his voice and said “it doesn’t matter to me, I don’t care if you do or you don’t but you might!” I said “I will write my work address on it if I need to.” He handed me a pen and walked away. So I went BEHIND THE COUNTER where he left my box to write my work’s address on the box. When I finished the employees just looked at me so I left. Mind you I stood there while 5-10 other customers came in and out and they were all greeted with hellos and told to have a good day or thank you before they left. Apparently customer service is not what this UPS store prides themselves on and since there’s so many other reviews about the manager Larry being so awful I’m not entirely sure why these people are still employed. Makes UPS as a company look bad. Don’t go here unless you want to be treated like an inconvenience. I’m a firm believer that if you don’t want to do your job… go get a different one.

  I came 10 minutes before closing (due to my work hours being the same as this location & this is the closest one to me). I had a package that needed to be sent off by tomorrow and I did not have time to print my label, so I had the store print it due me not having time to stop any where to have the label printed. The older lady, Ms. Sharon, gave me the email to email the label to the store however then left me waiting for some time. I remained patient. Didn’t get upset or fuss as I saw her take other customers as the store was getting ready to close. It wasn’t until Mr. Tony came to me, apologized for being left & forgot about, for waiting, and continued to check me out. Him alone, I would rate a 10 however as a store due to this, I will just give a 5.

  I can’t say enough good things about this UPS Store! I accidentally shipped an extremely important package by Ground when it needed to go Overnight. Instead of telling me there was nothing they could do, the owner went above and beyond. They personally drove to the UPS hub, located my package, brought it back, and changed the shipment to Overnight so it would arrive on time. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. They truly cared about helping me and turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a great experience. If you’re looking for a UPS Store that genuinely puts its customers first, this is the place to go. Thank you again for your outstanding service!
