  The two ladies that worked there. One acted rude the other one actor she didn't really know what she was doing.

  Nonchalant and rude, the print team member told me to come back to the store later, the problem is I was told to come back when they were closed. I went to a manager and I feel sorry for them. They didn't understand why the team member was acting in that manner. They did at least go and talk to the team member. I went to Office Depot a mile away and was well serviced.

  I placed a same-day pickup order on Friday and was told, due to the time, it would be ready by 5:00 PM the following day. I actually stopped by the store around 3 PM Saturday to drop off an Amazon return and took the opportunity to check in with the print department associate about my order. She confirmed it would be ready by 5. Life got busy, and when I looked up it was 6:30 PM… only to find an email from 6:15 PM saying my order was ready. The store closes at 6. Completely inconvenient. I frequent two other Staples locations regularly, and the level of care and priority they give their customers is noticeably different. This is the third frustrating experience I’ve had at this location within the past month alone. I guess I expected better.

  Less than thrilled with the experience at Staples yesterday. The paper I selected for my print order was almost out, and the associate called me 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready to inform me of this. (Bear in mind I placed the order at around 10:30am to meet the same day/4:30 pick up target) The solution was to print the rest of the order on an alternate paper, which absolutely did not have the desired finish, but did allow for the job to be completed. I don't know what the price difference was in the paper I received vs what I ordered, but no offer of restitution was made for the order being incorrect. I dont want to fault the associate who was in the print shop, its clear that the store management is at fault for not having adequate supplies on hand for the work they're to be doing, but it would have been ideal to find out about the issue sooner in the day, allowing me to find an alternative solution.

  I am very disappointed with the service at this location. I use a mailbox through iPostal and expected my mail to be handled with care and professionalism, but that has not been my experience. Important mail was not properly scanned or tracked, and I had to repeatedly ask about items that should have already been processed. In addition, mail is often left sitting out in the open on the counter, which raises serious concerns about privacy and security. There is also no consistent ID check when picking up mail, which makes the process feel unorganized and unsafe. What made the experience even worse was the attitude from staff when I asked about my mail. Instead of being helpful, I felt dismissed and spoken to rudely, which is unacceptable when customers are dealing with something as important as personal mail. Overall, this location needs better organization, better training, and better customer service standards. Mail handling should be secure, respectful, and reliable—and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
