She made sure everyone was in the correct line, she made sure she told everyone she would be right with them and she still had time to ensure her customer in front of her was not rushed. I've worked retail previously so I know retail is HARD but Jina makes it look so easy. Way to go Jina with a J!!!

There was no phone call and no update on the website to let me know there was a problem. At 9:00 a.m. the following morning, I finally received a call from Corey saying they were having difficulty printing my business cards becauseof the design. 🙄I found that explanation frustrating since I had the exact same business cards printed at the Peachtree City location the week before without any issues. They were going to work on them then and let me know when they would be ready. No call by 2pm so I called for update. The first employee-Corey- placed me on hold for 15 minutes( same one that I spoke with at 9am!)and never returned. When I called back, a second employee initially told me my order was ready. After I explained it should have been ready the day before, she changed the story and said it wouldn't be ready until 6:30 p.m. They did not complete my order and I never heard back from anyone! The lack of communication, inconsistent information, and poor customer service made this a very disappointing experience. I will not be patronizing this location again. Their generic response below means nothing and nothing will change. I should have known better based on the other reviews and location!
