  0 stars if I could. I went to ship a simple document, and the employee refused because I didn’t have my driver’s license or passport. Her explanation was that they scan your license so they don’t have to manually type in the return address. That has to be one of the most ridiculous reasons I’ve ever heard. It was literally just a piece of paper. There was nothing dangerous or suspicious about what I was mailing. To make matters worse, they wouldn’t accept any other government-issued ID—only a driver’s license or passport. I’ve shipped documents and packages before and have never been told I couldn’t mail something because I didn’t have those specific forms of ID. If scanning a license is just for convenience instead of manually entering an address, customers shouldn’t be turned away over it. Very frustrating experience. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
