- CHConner hamiltonFeb 1, 20251.0Terrible delivery services. Packages and mail received from USPS are always damaged, and obviously mishandled. Now, we ordered our little girl a foam play set, which the first time we were told the package was too large and Amazon refused to pay the extra overweight charges, and refused to deliver the item. We got in contact with Amazon which they issued a replacement for the item. Now, the package is held at the facility because they refused to deliver the package. Due to working everyday of the week and dealing with a baby, I am unable to make it to the post office in the hours they are open. So Inconvenient and frustrating!!
