Went inside of the store at 4:45pm and the employees informed me that they aren’t able to serve me because they have enough people in line and they close at 5pm. They said depending on the amount of people they have in line after 4:30 they’ll have to turn you around. Total waste of my time. No matter what I said they didn’t care. It did not matter that I showed up 15 minutes early.

I filed a complaint w usps and an incredibly rude man from fairburn called me back and said I had no idea what I was talking about and was super dismissive. Zero customer service, zero compassion. I was not rude to him. I said on my end I see it in fairburn, he said I have no idea what im talking about. If you can avoid fairburn, do so, no one needs to be treated that way. I ended up hanging up on him
