The worse location Ive ever been to. All labels are placed behind the counter so that when you finally get to the counter you have to compete writing the entire mailing addresses. I think this is done on purpose to give the workers a break being that the line is out the door. Please PUT PRIORITY AND EXPRESS LABELS IN THE LOBBY SO THAT EACH CUSTOMER DOE ST HAVE TO SPEBD 5 minutes fulling it out when they get to the counter and ultimately hold the line up

Sent my package to the other side of the country for some unknown reason. Probably lost now. Based on the number of complaints in the comments. Its either incompetence or deliberate.

I usually do not leave a review if it is a low-rated one. However, I have had more negative/subpar "customer service" experiences than positive/average ones, and I want to forewarn others. I say "customer service" because they do not provide basic service to customers without attitudes. If you're unhappy, find another job.

This is a formal complaint regarding the mishandling of my package by a mail carrier. My delivery contained expensive senior photos and was clearly marked with a visible “PHOTOS – DO NOT BEND” sticker. Despite that, the carrier chose to force the package into a small mailbox, bending it in the process.
This is not a minor oversight. It shows a serious disregard for clearly labeled delivery instructions and a lack of basic care when handling customers’ property. These photos are both costly and irreplaceable, and this kind of negligence is unacceptable.
There were multiple appropriate alternatives that were ignored, placing the package at my door, leaving it in a safe location, or issuing a delivery notice. Instead, the quickest and most careless option was taken, resulting in damage.
I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and addressed. Mail carriers are entrusted with delivering important and sometimes irreplaceable items, and this level of carelessness reflects poorly on the service as a whole. I expect accountability and corrective action to ensure this does not happen again.

Worker (Alfred) went above and beyond his duties to ensure my postmark sensitive mail was retrieved and stamped on time.
Right after close of business, he personally shifted through recently deposited letters to make sure my item was postmarked on time!!!
I really appreciate that.
