- EDEd DavidMay 23, 20261.0Maybe it was a bad day, maybe not, but I can tell you I would never want to use this location again. It provided the worst customer service I have experienced in over a decade. I decided to leave and drive another 15 minutes to a different UPS store.
- JMJason MartinMay 20, 20261.0Ever time you take an Amazon return in they try to sell you something claiming they can’t put the label on the box, yet they’ll sell me a bag for 2.15.. what a joke, what a ripoff.. any future UPS business will be done at ANY other location… they even charged me once for tape… not a roll, a piece… if I remember correctly it was around 2 bucks as well. Never again.. store needs new honest ownership/management. I’m never setting foot in this place again.
