  Horrible service. Waited for laminating service and while the papers were laying on the counter the lady too 3 other customers, one after I told her I had someone waiting on me. We paid for the service and would like a refund!

  Very disappointing customer service experience. When I first came in, the staff tried to help but weren’t able to figure out what I needed, so I was told I would have to wait for another employee who could assist me. While I was waiting, another customer came in who also needed printing services. Even though the employee knew I had been there first and was already waiting for help, they assisted the other customer before me. No one spoke up or acknowledged that I had been waiting first. I understand having to wait when an employee doesn’t know how to handle a particular request, but skipping over a customer who has already been waiting is poor customer service. I left very dissatisfied with the way the situation was handled.

  0 STARS!!!!! The mean little man who owns(??????) manages(??????) this UPS store is a horrible person. He obviously has some issues and treats his customers horrendously. He is nasty to older people who obviously need help with their returns, packages. etc. He is difficult to understand when he speaks and some customers have to ask him to repeat what he says - which is apparently an issue for him. Today he made me feel very uncomfortable and very unsafe when he grabbed a package out of my hands and ran across the store with it to the self-service kiosk. He then screamed at me in front of other customers. He does not want to help customers and insists that everyone use the self-service desk. Not everyone wants to use the computer and not everyone has a smart phone with a code for self-service. Do yourself a favor and take your UPS and Amazon packages elsewhere. Do not give this horrible, unpleasant little man your business.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to do a simple Happy Returns. I was having a hard time getting the bar code to come up on my phone so the guy walked away. I got it to come up minutes later but he never came back, just left me standing up there. I finally saw him and told him the returns code came on my phone. He had such a bad attitude! He then told me that Happy Returns was down and I would have to come back another day! My Husband and I went to the UPS store in Jasper where they were super friendly and processed my return quickly with a smile! I guess Happy Returns wasn’t down after all. DO NOT USE THIS UPS store! O customer service!! Wondering how these places stay in business.
