  Mrs. Marsha was wonderful! She helped me with sending documents I had been having issues with. She was very sweet the entire time. I asked if there was any way I could fill out a survey for her kindness. It was 5 mins before closing yet she maintained a very professional and demure demeanor

  I just want to say a big thank you to Ms. MARSHAL, for a GREAT customer service, she was so nice smiling all through attending to all customers including me. Thanks for your patient and thanks for attending to everyone with a smile and making us feel welcome. Just her in the store and still keeping it up with good energy. I appreciate your service.

  Overcharged and bad customer service. Saniy R. printed multiple pictures twice in addition to not doing fit to page on the print causing one picture to be up to 3 pages. When asked if I still had to pay for them I was told yes. When asked if I could get them reprinted due to THEIR error, I was told yes but I would still have to pay for the ones I didn’t want due to them being messed up. This reminded me why I never go anywhere else other than FedEx when it comes to printing. FedEx does not make you pay for messed up copies ESPECIALLY if it is an error on their end
