Once it leaves their post office, they have no control over what happens to packages not in their possession. They do a better job than FDEX. It seems like the only reviews they get are when someone is upset.

They say they tried and no one was home or there isn't a secure location but they just don't want to drive down the driveway. I'm new to the area and was told by someone at the local po branch that that's just how it is. The people that work there always seem to be put out to help or answer questions. The nicer you are the ruder they become. I absolutely can not stand Eatonton's local PO branch.
