- KJKimberly JacksonOct 7, 20261.0This location is very slow under staff, dirty carpet is horrible trash all on floor
- ADApril DSep 21, 20265.0The manager “Felicia” gives SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE! It’s the small things. Every time I’ve come in the store and she’s there, she communicates with the customer(s) by just letting us know someone will be with us shortly and thanks us for being patient. Which as a repeat customer, means A LOT!
- THT HebertSep 21, 20261.0UPS sucks so hard. The automated phone barrier is amazingly user hostile. I'm *finally* in the queue... a NINE minute queue.
- BPBillionaire PASep 17, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I truly want to take a moment to give Felicia, Ty, Yaz, and the entire team at The UPS Store #4609 their flowers while they are here to receive them! 💐 Every time I visit this location, I’m greeted with beautiful smiles, positive energy, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Felicia, Ty, and Yaz always look out for me and make sure I’m taken care of from the moment I walk through the door until I leave. There was also a younger gentleman working during my visit who was incredibly kind and added to an already amazing experience. During this particular visit, the team helped me print my documents, notarize them, and properly witness everything I needed. They made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress free. Customer service is about more than completing a transaction. It’s about how you make people feel. This team makes people feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. That is exactly why Store #4609 has become one of my favorite UPS Store locations. Thank you, Felicia, Ty, Yaz, and the entire team, for consistently providing exceptional service and even better energy. Your kindness does not go unnoticed. Please continue being exactly who you are. You are appreciated! 🙏🏾💐✨
