  The wait time was long due to one person working in the front. He was apologies for the long wait but he was the only one doing amazon and checking customers out. Had his customer service not been great i would have probably gave a lower rating.

  Weirdest staples experience ever. 100% focused on being an amazon return center. There wasnt even anyone at the checkout counters.

  This store sucks, I ordered same day printing for a reason ordered at 9 am. 6 pm they never updated my order called text email nothing. This is the second time this has happened I should have never trusted this location with my business needs. Typically I go to office depot but staples is closer only to piss me off though. I went to the store those people do not have anything going on that could stop them from doing their jobs on time. Management should do better about the print section. They should have a time limit on when a same day order needs to be processed by if it is ordered at 9 it should at least by ready by 1 that's enough time it should not take all day. I will not be ordering from this location again. I called and the young lady says I'm working on your order now it should be ready in 30 minutes. If you had started it before I called it would have been ready in 30 minutes I've been down this road a few times I know it doesn't take all day stop playing with people's time it is valued and something we cannot get back. I needed my cards today by 2 pm and I'm here still waiting. Even when I visit the store the staff is lazy man they never want to help, you can barley get them to come check you out. The people working in this location should get work from home jobs they're not people persons. If you don't want to help people find something that fits your personality. To the person who reads these and reply...I've read your replies...please don't bother replying to this because clearly you're the same as the staff you selected.
