  I have an issue with standing in line waiting for one cashier by the name of Cameron to handle the front check out, help customers in the Printer dept., wait on the Amazon return line and wait for another associate to clock in without a hiccup. Until Associate Cassie walks over not to help but to take the scanner needed to help Amazon Customers to check out. Cameron working the front tells her that she needs it to check us out but Cassie continues to walk away as if she didn't care. The cashier pages the Cassie to bring back the scanner for the one she replaced it with didn't work. Which the cashier told her before she walks away. She doesn't answer the page and continues to what she was doing. I, the customer had to go and ask her to bring it back so that the cashier check us out. Cassie was rude and unapologetic to the situation with no sense of urgency until the manager Mohammed was paged. I did have the opportunity to talk to Mohammed but I'm more concerned about retaliation for the Cameron because Cassie said out of her mouthto me that, "THIS IS BETWEEN ME AN CAMERON". Whatever that means but it seem nice to me.

  Don't waste your time at this dump. It just steals your money. My sister and I wasted almost $20 and tthe documents them didn't print. . They have a computer that doesn't even print and they did not put a sign up telling folks not to waste their time with it. They claim the ones without the green light at the station works but then it doesn't. Avoid this store at all cost

  Be prepared to wait really long to do a simple Amazon return. They like to put the slowest moving employees to take care of returns. 🥴

  Don’t come here. The ppl here are slow. To be notified that my order was ready, then get here having to wait 30+ minutes just to get my order-let alone didn’t cut my business cards!!!! Completely dissatisfied! Turned off completely!!!!!!! There are customers waiting and yall “lally gaggin” doing nothing but wasting our time!!! We have places to be!!!! Yall blew my phone up calling about my order! I get here and my order was halfway completed. Please fire the whole staff at this point. It’s ridiculous!

  Awful. I should’ve went to CVS or Walgreens I needed to get a few images enlarged. So I figured staples could do it. Boy was I wrong. After standing at the counter for 10 minutes while they answered two people who just showed up and didn’t even address me. I finally told the young man that I needed to get these two photos and enlarged and the first thing he says is we don’t do that here. I said what do you mean you don’t do that here it’s Staples. You have a print center. He says we don’t do that Then say to him so you have a couple of $50,000 printers back there and you can’t scan and enlarge in an image for me he says no we don’t do that I said OK thank you I asked one of the other customer service reps where is the Manager and I walked over to the Manager and I complained to him that why did your print center tell me that they cannot enlarge in a picture for me? He got authoritative and telling me what’s gonna happen and everything like you talking like you’re a police officer when all you gotta do is accommodate and scan the photo if the picture is pixelated then that’s my decision. I’m still paying for it. One photo - picture of me in the middle of Baghdad, Iraq during my time in the US Military. The other a cool photo of me abroad. We walk back over to the printshop. I tell him again. These are simple task that should be done by people behind his counter. It’s not rocket science. Another young man wearing a tank watch walks up and offers to help and tells me that I can scan it at the self serve line but again, why do I have to do extra steps if that’s your job? I then tell him that the fact that you are lowering the capabilities of what you can do here is making you obsolete. He takes it as I’m calling him obsolete, which I never said that if you only know three functions out of the 20 functions at your job, you’re obsolete. He says to me, I don’t like the term obsolete being used. I said to him, my friend I’m not calling you obsolete take that watch for example it’s a tank watch made by Cartier and it’s not even used by tankers anymore as I’m trying to explain to him, he tells me and cuts me off. Is there anything else I could do for you today? I said no thank you very much. Have a nice day. I walk over to the lady with a really cool glasses and silver hair and I asked for the number to Corp. I called…. Go to CVS go to OfficeMax go to any other Staples store other than this store go to Pond city market they will print stuff for you.
