  I generally try to avoid stereotypes; however, unfortunately, there are times when certain experiences seem to reinforce them. I recently visited this location, and the customer service I received was disappointing. When I entered the store, there was quite a bit of background noise, so I may not have heard an initial greeting. I stood near the entrance for a moment, expecting someone to offer assistance. When I was eventually greeted by an employee named Erika, I found her demeanor and overall attitude to be noticeably unwelcoming. The interaction left me feeling as though my presence and business were more of an inconvenience than something valued. After completing my transaction, I still thanked her and wished her a good day before leaving. I understand that I am only one customer and that the business will continue without my patronage. However, I choose to spend my money at establishments where customers are treated with courtesy and professionalism. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

  Jasmine was one of the most helpful individuals I’ve encountered in a customer service position in a long time. I came in last week to get a poster printed and some menu cards, but I needed help with the proper settings and order. She was so helpful and patient. Thank you so much for your professionalism.

  Simple unprofessional. I walked in the store and there were two associates there working, a female and a male. Another customer asked the male if he could cut something she just printed out there and he didn’t really acknowledge her and shook his head no. The lady with the two braids and white edges was so unprofessional, was rolling her eyes and was so rude. No one told you to work there. Why be rude and unprofessional.

  I love this location, the young lady with the braids went above and beyond to help me pack my package. The brother with the suit let me borrow his pen to write my information. Thank you fed ex team for being amazing.

  Disgusting! Very rude and unacommodating. I had a simple order and right at 7:59 PM, they closed the door and said closed. And other people there. They need consistency with policy with and need to close at the correct time.
