- DSDerrick SturiskySep 27, 20265.0Fantastic service from this store. Thank you for your assistance over the weekend. I appreciate your help, professionalism, and excellent service. Great work!
- RLRobert LevinSep 6, 20261.0If I can give this place a zero I would. If there was a way to be less customer friendly and uncooperative, these clowns at UPS Store on Jett Ferry in Dunwoody Ga would certainly unleash it upon their patrons with nary a thought. Unfortunately as a corporation, UPS Corperate never intervenes in issues of Customer Service. But that doesnt mean I cant find another UPS store. Because Id rather step on broken glass than walk in this store again
- SHSharon HarrisSep 4, 20265.0Dunwoody UPS Store is convenient with long hours even on Sunday.
- MAMyrna AdlerAug 19, 20265.0Will guide you through a complicated issue.
- KTKatie TownAug 8, 20261.0Refuse to go here again. Owner complains you are bringing in too many returns for one person. You, sir, get paid per item and you chose to purchase a customer service based business. You are under staffed and ungrateful for the blessing of a line full of people you have. Do yourself a favor and drive to 7742 Spalding and give your business to Nick. He’s an amazing owner operator.
