- CCCharisseJun 9, 20261.0If I could give zero stars, I would! Treated very poorly. Highly suggest going elsewhere. They e now started charging to tape boxes đź‘€ and also reject non-boxed packages even though Amazon indicated box wasn't necessary. They could have simply offered one of the many boxes tossed all over their floor. Perhaps they are under new management. Had been using this location for several years but will NOT be returning.

My shipping label was already paid for and the clerk charged me 5$ for 1 piece of paper and 5 cents worth of tape. I was honestly perplexed when he said I owed him 5$. I should've left instead of paying. One of the worst experiences I've ever had shipping something. EDIT:This was not an Amazon Return. You have no idea what you are responding to.
