Absolute. Worst post office I’ve ever worked with. Their carriers are inept to the point that they are making me look bad with my customers got my small business. Will travel further to Webb Bridge location and cannot do carrier pickup up requests despite how much more convenient that would be.

Extremely discriminatory experience regarding my service dog. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), staff are NOT allowed to demand certification, registration, or documentation for a service animal. Employees repeatedly insisted on seeing “proof” and clearly did not understand federal disability law. ADA guidance specifically states that businesses may only ask two questions: 1. Whether the dog is a service animal required because of a disability 2. What task the dog has been trained to perform They cannot require documentation or certification. The entire staff needs ADA retraining immediately. I will be filing a formal ADA discrimination complaint and reporting this incident to the ADA. (ada.gov)

Absolutely horrible post office. I was having package issues that no one would explain why I couldn’t send the package (the seller was sending the wrong labels over and over) and the lady at the most office would just shake her head and would not say anything else when I kept asking her questions. They have a delivery driver that doesn’t deliver your packages and then scans into the system that it was delivered so you can’t ever get your package back because they think it was delivered. They have had one of my packages that was over 70 dollars for over a month and I’ve been to both Duluth post office locations and I’ve called MANY times to multiple different help lines I’ve submitted two missing package claims and two claims stating I don’t have my package and everyone’s response is that it was delivered and there is nothing they can do about it even though someone from the facility emailed and called me two weeks after the “delivered” date stating that they physically had my package in their hands.

I wanted to recognize the excellent service from O'Brien at the Shell Station USPS located on Buford Hwy and Old Peachtree Road in Duluth, GA 30096. He went out of his way to offer help getting my package boxed and mailed. Thank you. Peggy
