They exhibit impatience, no interest in their job, no adequate knowledge of postal services, zero pride of what they do. I understand it’s a “job” and you may be in this just for the money. But sometimes one’s attitude can determine one’s own well being. As long as you have the job, please do it wholeheartedly and respect your customers. USPS needs a lot of revamp. Many households in the community experienced lost mails and missing packages all the time. It’s pathetic.

They were very helpful and initiatively helped me with what I needed… specially Ms. Helen was so friendly, cooperative and helpful. The building, itself, however, is very outdated with lights flickering and paint peeling.
