I came in for fingerprinting, and even though there were only two customers ahead of me, the employee was sitting down, looking at her phone and laughing instead of helping. When customer asked for assistance, she told us to figure it out ourself and that it would take about 30 minutes, without offering any guidance. It ended up taking over an hour before it was finally my turn. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Basic customer service, professionalism, and respect for customers were all lacking. Staff clearly need proper training.
