    If I could give no stars, I would! I have used this fed ex before and have never had an issue. Everyone has always been so nice but I had the pleasure of working with Erika just now. She is extremely rude and patronizing. I understand she must hate her job but no reason to take it out on paying customers. Truly shocked that you would have em employee like this as your front line. I understand we all have bad days but drop it at the door before you start your shift. Thank you for ensuring that not only my personal business and practice business will be taken somewhere else!

    I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the extremely poor service I received from FedEx in connection with the delivery of my renewed Canadian passport. At the time the package arrived, I was temporarily outside the United States. Understanding the importance and sensitive nature of a passport, I proactively contacted both the local FedEx facility and FedEx customer service on multiple occasions to request that the package be held for an additional five days until my return to Atlanta. This was a reasonable and modest request intended to ensure the secure receipt of an essential government-issued document. Despite my repeated efforts, I encountered representatives whose attitudes were unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking in basic customer care. No flexibility, accommodation, or meaningful assistance was offered. Instead, my request was flatly denied, and the package containing my renewed passport was returned without my authorization. As a result of FedEx's actions, I am currently unable to locate my renewed passport and have been subjected to significant inconvenience, anxiety, and potential disruption to my future travel plans. A passport is not an ordinary package; it is a critical identity document, and the mishandling of such an item demonstrates a serious failure in customer service and a troubling lack of responsibility. I find it unacceptable that a company entrusted with the delivery of sensitive documents would show such disregard for a customer's legitimate concerns. The complete absence of empathy, professionalism, and customer-oriented service throughout this experience has severely undermined my confidence in FedEx. I respectfully request that FedEx conduct a thorough investigation into this matter, determine the current status and location of my passport, and review the conduct of the personnel involved. I also urge FedEx to reevaluate its policies and training procedures to ensure that other customers do not experience similar hardships in the future. This experience has caused me considerable distress and has fallen far below the level of service that customers have every right to expect from FedEx.

    I find it hilarious that this store has a 4.8 rating on it's website but 2.6 on google. This is the absolute worst fed ex I've ever been too. I dropped off a laptop to return to HP. I lost the stupid receipt and had to come back to have them print out another copy. They reprint with the DATE OF REPRINTING. NOT the date I actually shipped. Needly to say, the laptop dissapeared with customer service telling me it's sitting in this store. But the store said it wasn't there. Very scetchy. Yesterday I went for a simple scan. (the rep-who was actually patient and nice) assisted me with the machine but after 25 minutes of hagling with the printer, I get threw it and leave only to get back to office and nothing was scanned to the flash drive. I got back and the other lady looks me up with my credit card and says -your card never got charged so nothing was transfered and just stares at me. Never again. I'm willing to drive to another store that can offer better customer service. This store needs an overhaul

    Exceptional customer service and expectations. Came in twice today and Erica showed beyond customer service as well as retail and printing needs. Greeted upon entry and was acknowledged by her throughout experience. Have not used this location often, but will consider doing so moving forward.
