- DDDApr 18, 20261.0The man at the front with the red cap over his locs, and name chain does not need to be at the front. Terrible customer service. While I waited, i sat a 24lb box on the counter next to his register in arms reach. When it was my turn I said on the box was a little heavy for me, and he said “ma”am, can you pick it up, and give it to me.” I repeated myself, and so did he. He was also ride to the lady in front of me. People should start taking Jobs in industries that they are comfortable with and happy with. Customer service requires a certain type of personality.

She does not need to have a job interacting with customers she needs to work in the back sorting mail or delivering mail. Very nasty, snippy with customers, ignores them and when asking for a manager or supervisor she states “go to the Stewart pkwy post office, all of the supervisors are there” 0 out of 10 would not recommend 👎

Meanwhile the other item i shipped as well has already been delivered to my other customer so now I’m trying ti figure out what’s going on! This is making me look bad and now I’m taking a lost !
