  Literally the absolute worst usps center I’ve come acrossed. I’ve reported them twice. The driver to my area has constantly caused issues about not delivering mail or packages, not only to me but to other apartment families. They always want to blame my apartment saying they have the package. My apartment staff and I have both looked for my packages. They are never found after they put it was delivered and label it as delivered. Hiwever, when I do find my packages they were always returned to the usps office without being reported or saying the package owner agreed to return it to facility without contacting the individual. I will continue to make reports. I hate doing this (it’s time consuming and annoying) They continue to withhold packages and mail for months. The apartment has given them access to the gates and they still refuse to use the access given to them (specifically the driver, who has stated she refuses to use the access provided to the apartment manager). It comes off as absolutely lazy. If it’s that hard, hire a new delivery person and give her a new position. This is too much of a hassle.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this UPS in Douglasville. It was my first time shipping something with Depop, and instead of helping me understand the process, Rory was dismissive and rude. He acted like he was too cool to assist. Customer service should be about helping, especially with new processes. I won’t be returning here, and I recommend avoiding Rory if you do come in! Gina helped save the day by being super helpful and helping me out as I was trying to navigate shipping out my packages. I didn’t know how much everything cost. I didn’t know anything about the tape so it just was too much going on and he was very rude and I won’t be going back over there shout out to Gina, though Gina deserves employee of the month. Rory deserves to be fired.

  I am a diabetic coming off a 12 hour shift and schedule for another 12 hour shift and it took a supervisor 5 hours to let me know she can't track my envelope that was taken from my mail box. My flag was down and the envelop had no stamps neither was it addressed to anyone.
