I am a diabetic coming off a 12 hour shift and schedule for another 12 hour shift and it took a supervisor 5 hours to let me know she can't track my envelope that was taken from my mail box. My flag was down and the envelop had no stamps neither was it addressed to anyone.

The ‘new’ postmaster at this post office is ignorant & unprofessional. Her poor leadership and lack of integrity trickles down to all of her subordinates creating a toxic atmosphere for the general public. They do not scan the packages in like they are supposed to so half of the packages that are dropped off never get insurance as they are supposed to unless they are scanned in at a future post office. If you ask them to scan them in they act as if you are inconveniencing them. Some of these employees are lazy and extremely problematic. If you bring the packages to the side then there is a EXTREMELY PROBLEMATIC girl named EBONY that refuses to do her job and scan in the packages. If you go to the front you can have them scanned in, in front of you and get a receipt but there is one employee who refuses to do her job and scan in a few packages. HER NAME IS LADEE…She is EXTREMELY PROBLEMATIC and complains when she has to do HER JOB. (I have attached a picture of LADEE.) (LADEE complains about EBONY because she has to deal with the customers that try to avoid EBONY by going to the front instead of the side.) She tried to force me to file a complaint on Ebony & when I didn’t do it she began refusing to scan in my packages. I had to tell her that when I come here I don’t want to be part of y’all’s drama. I just want to drop my packages off in peace and enjoy the rest of my day. If you go to 30135 you want to do everything possible to AVOID LADEE if you do not want the rest of your day to be ruined after being forced to cross paths with her. To summarize, at this post office the packages never get scanned & the postmaster and lazy employees could care less, because us paying customers are just an inconvenience to them. I have had to file 42 claims within a 12 month period for packages that went missing after this post office handled them and I have had numerous packages that they never scanned in at all so I just lost those packages and had to refund my eBay customers and just lost my money. What is happening to our packages??? How do they just disappear after this post office handles them??? Shame on this postmaster for being terrible at her job and running this government facility into the ground. Ignorance is nothing to be proud of.
