  I am writing this review because I live and work in the Douglasville community, and my recent experience at this UPS Store on Douglas Boulevard was completely unacceptable. From the moment we walked in, an employee named Kendall was short and aggressively off putting. I don’t expect anyone to do cartwheels for me or be as happy as I am, but as a paying customer, I expect basic professional decency. Instead, we were met with an employee who had his AirPods in and a terrible attitude. How do you have your own music playing and still have a bad attitude? We didn't realize one of our items needed to be put in a box, and the way we were treated for simply needing it reboxed was completely uncalled for. He just stood there shaking his head at us. On top of the poor body language, there was zero transparency with the pricing. He originally quoted me $74, but the final total came out to $117. I spent $120 to ship a jacket and almost $16 to ship a pair of glasses, but I wasn't even told what the extra charges were for, including a random $5 extra charge he tacked on without explanation. To which he just told me after I asked “it’s on the screen”. Once the first transaction was done, he didn't even bother to ask if we needed anything else. Which was the $117 transaction. That's basic sales and customer service—something I imagine the UPS brand expects—but he completely ignored it because he was too busy having an attitude. I actually told him directly today: if you don’t want to work here, you should quit. No one should have to deal with your bullshit. I'm not writing this because I want management to fire him. I'm writing this because management needs to speak with him, or tell him to take a vacation, because he is clearly deeply unhappy. We do not deserve that kind of treatment when we are spending our hard-earned money. This is our community's store, and the current level of unprofessionalism is a massive problem.

  Camila provided amazing customer service! She was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire experience. She made sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. Her positive attitude and great personality really stood out. Excellent service from Camila!

  I had a really great experience with Camila. She was friendly, welcoming, and very professional from the beginning. She took the time to make sure everything was taken care of and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out, and she made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend her.

  Excellent service by Camila, Myah and Chloe. I visited the UPS store on Hospital Drive last week for the first time to do quite a bit of shredding. These young ladies were professional, polite and eager to help me understand the service, the cost and process. I thank them. I will return for all my future shipping, postal and shredding needs. Thanks!
