  Went in for an Amazon return. I had 3 obvious returns. I waited on line for the counter, got to the counter and was told to go to the kiosk. I got in line for the kiosk and it was broke, nobody wanted to help, when I finally got help I was told to go back to the counter. I got back in line for the counter and the manager helped me. I told the manager about all the issues and she couldn't care less, just said that'show we do Amazon returns now, there's no sign about this and I've never had to do it that way but I guess I was just suppose to know! My time is just as valuable as yours and to not even apologize for all the confusion is crazy! If possible go somewhere else!!

  I’m never coming to this location again I tried to give it another try but I’m disappointed every time. There is this older lady that has an a Jamaican accent and is very rude and disrespectful every time I come in she has an attitude and snatching things out of my hands. This time she was taking care of me and then started helping another customer and didn’t even finish with me. I stood and waited for her to come back to me for about 10 minutes to come back to me to where she could have gotten done with me at first instead of take the customer behind me. Something needs to be done about her.

  I went today print off my shipping label off and ship the lady help me counter was super nice I did not have enough money one my card to pay for it so let use what I had on my card and she paid rest for me I offered to pay her back and no their nice people thier world today

  About two weeks ago, I needed help with a return shipping label because I was sending my travel visa application package. It's a nerve wrecking task as is, then to go to FedEx the night before to get absolutely NOoooo help made me skeptical. However, I refused to be broken and the deadline was approaching, so I took a chance with the UPS Store, and I was happy I did because Janice was top-tier! I explained what I needed and how important it was to get this package to the Washington DC Embassy immediately by 2 day air (best option). Janice was awesome. I felt confident, informed, and reassured my once in a lifetime trip was still possible. Good customer service was the minimum I required; Janice WOWED me with exceptional customer service. FedEx what? Never again...my go to will continue being the UPS Store on Douglas Blvd. Thanks Janice!

  There is an African Lady that works here and she’s EXTREMELY rude. As I walked up to the counter she looked me up and down and stared at me like I was crazy. Then, she had the nastiest attitude handling my TikTok return. She snatched the box out of my hand and proceeded to catch an unnecessary attitude with me over it needing a box (even though my return didn’t need a box). I don’t know why she was getting upset over a box but it was not that serious….
