Kevron was great with us. Very nice young man, very professional and overall a very likable guy. We had a big package to be shipped and he quickly got it done in no time. This is our go to place in the future. Thanks Kevron for all your help.

This is where customers should go to ship packages. The guy working at 0930 on 7.1.26 is who, the company, should ensure stays at that location because your sister store on Doris Road sucks big time and that guy could give lessons on customer service and appreciation. Thanks guy!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a FedEx location. The employee assisting me, UHANNA, was dismissive, hostile, and appeared completely uninterested in helping me. I felt intentionally overlooked and pushed aside while trying to conduct business.
What was most concerning was her attitude when I expressed my dissatisfaction. She gave the impression that she did not care whether I reported her behavior, which suggests a serious lack of accountability and management oversight. Employees do not typically feel that comfortable treating customers poorly unless they believe there will be no consequences.
To make matters worse, after dealing with the unprofessional treatment, the order I received was incorrect. The combination of poor customer service and an inaccurate order demonstrates a breakdown in both customer care and quality control.
FedEx should review this situation carefully. Employees who openly display hostility toward customers and show no concern for complaints become a liability to the company and damage its reputation. I hope management addresses these issues so other customers do not have the same experience.

Actually the rating is zero!
This was the 2nd time I visited this location and it will be my last. The first time was fine. I dropped an item off for my daughter-professional with good customer service. Two days later I went back for myself and it was frustrating and disappointing. I needed to bring in my own return shipping label to send my travel visa package to an embassy overnight. Well, the young man appeared dry (same one who waited on me before and was pleasant-not today) and directed me to the store computers to create a lable. I attempted, but got confused about the process, then I got it. I then realized I needed to edit my billing address, which caused several failed attempts. I then tried restarting the computer, nothing worked. Used their 2nd computer and it locked my card. I even called customer service while in the store and got several hang ups before getting transferred several times within tech support. The manager answered my question but would not come and assist. on top of my frustration of creating a lable which I didn't not expect to do, the manager turned into an immature jerk. Heavy rain was anticipated, he then starts signifying about everyone needs to leave because he didn't want to get caught in the rain and customers should return at 8am when they open. If he needed to leave, why wouldn't he assist to get me out sooner than later. Unfortunately, I could not overnight my travel visa application package, but I will attempt today at another location out of my way with good pleasure. I pray it is a successful, easy transaction. Customer Service and professionalism along with compassion is a must in this business. Customers may be dealing with important deadlines and life changing opportunities missed because of the lack of those skills. I will follow up about this issue!
