- WSWendy SpikesJul 7, 20261.0When I overhear one employee talking to another employee with disrespect and a condescending tone in front of the customer standing in her presence and three other people in the building, it makes me wonder what the Post Master is thinking. This employee was all but berating her co-worker but the co-worker kept her cool and never raised her voice. She carried on her duties and actually let ME check the box about being satisfied or unsatisfied. This particular employee (the one spewing the hateful tone) I'd already dealt with a few months ago when she snatched the keypad around so that she, herself could check the "SATISFIED box". It's certain that i was not satisfied on that day. I'm certain that she's had many UNSATISFIED customers so now she just clicks on the smiley face herself. It's probably the only thing she's good at. She's pathetic at her job. She might be better suited for the corrections system. She's definitely not suited for customer service at the post office. Her attitude is one of the sorriest I have ever witnessed. If she behaves this way on a daily basis, why has she not been fired? I do hope the post master sees this.
