  I am a regular customer at this UPS location and have been coming here for a long time to drop off packages for my clothing business. I ship frequently through UPS and even have a UPS account, so I visit this store on a very regular basis. Today, I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Meiy. I arrived carrying an extremely heavy package and placed it on the first counter, which is where I have always dropped off my packages in the past. Despite seeing that I was struggling with the weight of the box, she insisted that I move it to a different counter. I explained that I leave my packages there every day and that this particular box was extremely heavy. Instead of offering any assistance or understanding, she responded that I had to move it, with a very rude and dismissive attitude. As a result, I had to lift and carry the heavy box again myself. What upset me most was not the request itself, but the complete lack of customer service, empathy, and professionalism. I have always had positive experiences at this location, which is why this interaction was so surprising and disappointing. If this is the level of service customers can expect, I will seriously consider taking my business elsewhere. I hope management addresses this issue, as loyal customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.

  This the second time within a week my package has not been delivered this is unacceptable I live 15 mins away they keep sending it back to sender never attempted been home waiting for week
